My mad fat diet.

I refuse to start uni the size that I am. Now a UK 18, I want to be a size 12. (14 by October) This is my mad fat diet.

I am currently in a pair of size 16 jeans and fit in a size 14 pair of shorts. I may weep at how happy I am. 3 dress sizes smaller than I was when I moved to Nottingham.

I have stopped the Exante diet. I am pretty sure that is what made me ill. 

Yesterday I started a new job. My god is it hard going. I am hoping that this means I will lose something. 

Yesterday, I had an apple for breakfast

Lunch: a flat bread from sainsburys which had 367 cals. 

Snack: 1 whole meal pita and some hummus

Dinner: None. I fell asleep at 5.30pm and woke up at 4.45am I think I was tired. 

I decided to weigh my self this morning, and I have lost 6lbs on the diet to far. I am in two minds as to do the shakes again, mainly because I am worried about the stomach pain. I may do the shakes today and see if it them that are causing it. 

Exante day 4.

No exante today. Last night I had crippling stomach pain. I had it on Monday night too and I think as this has been the change I have made, it had to be that. But just because I have decided to not try it to do it, I still had a healthy day.

Breakfast I skipped because I woke up late

Lunch- A small pack of sushi

Dinner: salad with a whole meal pita, a small amount of tzatziki and a small amount of mozzarella

Snack:  one green apple and a punnet of cherries. 

Exante day 3.

Today, I am struggling. I am tried and hungry and I just want to sleep and eat. I don’t think the heat helps. 

For breakfast, I had the vanilla shake. Again, it was really nice. I will give it to exante, they do nice shakes. They remind me of angel delight before it sets? There should defo be a butter scotch option.

Lunch was strawberry, and this is where I wanted to eat ALL OF THE THINGS. I had 2 bottles of water to try and banish the hunger, but I then had an interview, or what I thought was one and wanted to sleep though it.

For dinner I have had an omelette and 2 slices of whole meal toast, and a spoonful of trifle. SOO SO HUNGRY. I am trying to power through. 

Exante day 2.

Before I start. I thought as I added my before picture I should be honest about my weight too. Anyhoo 15st 4lbs or 214lbs. 

Anyhoo. Day 2 of the diet and well, it has not been amazing. I had a rather nice banana milkshake for breakfast, but lunch is a different story. The thai chicken soup was VILE. I would rather sacrifice the calories than eat it. I didn’t I had 2 small punnets of cherries as they are on offer at the moment. 

Dinner was a chicken stir fry. I had a lot of vegetables as by that time I was sooooo hungry.  Tomorrow I will try the vegetable soup and see how that is. 

I should also add, I can not work out at the moment as my back is playing me up. I can hardly walk my daughter to school let alone run. :( 

exante diet.

Today was the start of the exante  diet. My brother in law gave me a months worth and this begins. 

For breakfast I had a chocolate shake. It has 200 cals and it is 200mls. As taste goes, it wasn’t bad. I mean it could have been horrific, but it was okay. 

For lunch I tried the strawberry one. Again, it wasn’t that bad. 200 cals for 200mls. I think I prefer the chocolate one though. 

For dinner I decided to make this http://www.bbcgoodfood.com/recipes/10117/superhealthy-pizza but in a mini portion and some sweet potato wedges with salad on the side. For pudding I had a selection of fruit. 

So first day on a diet like this. It wasn’t THAT bad. I expected to be starving by lunch time. I will admit I was hungry at dinner. It didn’t help that my parents came for a birthday dinner and had sausage and mash and a trifle with cream. But day one down, 27 to go!
